Catch the Last Week of Free Gaming at Elizabeth Quay

THE CUBE, an epic new gaming experience at Elizabeth Quay finishes this Sunday (28th of January). Making this week the last chance to take the kids to have some fun and maybe even pick up a controller yourself!

The immersive gaming experience is an exciting event taking place inside a customised shipping container that is currently centre stage at Elizabeth Quay. Alongside a range of outdoor games, activities, and giveaways.

Step inside the custom-made shipping shell to discover a visually stunning and innovative gaming studio. THE CUBE will caters to all ages and gaming preferences using both Xbox and Nintendo Switch gaming platforms. Offering popular games like Rocket League, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., EA FC24, and Splatoon.

There is three different session times to ensure the best gaming experience for each age group. Younger children (three years old to primary school ages) from 11.00 AM to 2.30 PM. Older children (high school and adults) from 3.00 PM to 6.30 PM. And exclusive weekend night sessions for big kids at heart (that’s us adults) from 7.00 PM to 10.00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. No bookings required!

THE CUBE installation also includes other activities to enhance the experience. Fans of Rocket League can enjoy the Hot Wheels Rocket League Set where the game will come to life with a remote control version of the popular game! Or take a break from the screens and enjoy the lawn games scattered throughout the area, such as cornhole or giant Jenga!

Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or a casual enthusiast, all ages are invited to enter this gamer’s paradise, and the best part? It’s all free!
