Escape to Serenity Gully: A Luxurious Glamping Experience!

  • September 1, 2025

Tired of traffic jams, endless notifications and the same four walls? Then it’s time to swap city noise for birdsong and Netflix for a night sky filled with stars. Serenity Gully isn’t just glamping. We’re talking next-level, award-winning luxury tucked away high in the hills above Bridgetown. In the glorious Southern Forests and Valleys in WA’s South West, where nature meets indulgence, every little detail here is thoughtfully considered, so you can relax, reset and reconnect.

Sleep in Style

These are more than just your average glamping tents. Instead picture three eco-friendly, off-grid sanctuaries spaced far apart. It’s just you, nature and maybe a curious kangaroo hopping by or a roaming flock of sheep grazing by your deck. Inside indulge in a cloud-soft super king bed, luxe linen and designer furnishings and a bathroom with a view you’ll want to Instagram (yes, it even has hot showers and flushing toilets).

The star attraction? A private stone bathtub on your deck overlooking rolling hills, picture-postcard morning mist, grazing wildlife and the sounds of songful birds. Imagine just you and your loved one, with a glass of local wine in hand, sunset glowing pink across the valley and not a soul in sight, pure bliss.

Each tent also comes kitted with a kitchenette, BBQ, Nespresso machine and your own firepit (from May to October). For chilly nights, curl up by the indoor fireplace (from April to November) with all wood included. It’s basically camping, but as far from roughing it as you can get.

Nature, Your Way

With 478 acres (that’s half the size of King’s Park) to explore, you can wander among ancient jarrah. Meander through centuries-old grass trees, spot kangaroos and discover beautiful wildflowers year-round. Or take it easy and chill out on your deck while kookaburras provide the playlist. The stillness here does something to your soul. You’ll notice it the moment you drive through the gates and travel the picturesque kilometre of gravel road to your dream escape.

Sparkling Extras

Want more than just relaxation? Serenity Gully’s add-ons are pure indulgence. Enhance your stay with an in-tent massages that melts away the last bit of city stress. Snack on a gourmet grazing box, freshly made soup and delicious desserts delivered straight to your tent. Add a few romantic touches like flowers, chocolates, petals arranged in a heart on your bed and more. You can even book a photographer to capture your golden-hour glow. With private yoga amongst the trees coming soon.

Out & About

If you can pull yourself away, Bridgetown, Balingup, Pemberton and Manjimup are all nearby. Think boutique wineries, cideries and fresh farm-gate produce from Western Australia’s renowned Food Bowl. The Golden Valley Tree Park is jaw-dropping in autumn and the Blackwood River is perfect for kayaking, fishing or simply drifting. You can even feed wild emus and kangaroos at Donnelly River Village, only twenty minutes away.

Book Your Stay!

West Australian owned and operated, Serenity Gully is adults-only, eco-conscious and a proud recipient of a 2023 WA Tourism Award and now recognised on the world stage as current finalists in the World Luxury Travel Awards to be decided in September.

Awards aside, it’s the kind of place that makes you forget your inbox even exists. So, if you’re ready to trade deadlines for daydreams and city lights for constellations, book your escape directly at Serenity Gully. Serenity Gully isn’t just a getaway; it’s a romantic reset button.
