Following acclaimed seasons in the US and the UK, this feel-good show is hitting Australia and coming to Perth. You can catch this joyous production at the Regal Theatre in Subiaco from August 22nd for a strictly limited season.
Musical Storyline
Here You Come Again isn’t just a tribute show. It’s a hilarious and heartwarming story about a diehard Dolly fan whose fantasy version of the iconic singer guides him through life’s ups and downs with charm, wit and of course an unforgettable soundtrack. Think sharp comedy meets touching moments, all wrapped up in a sequined bow of Dolly’s greatest hits! Co-created by the two-time Emmy Award-winning comedy writer and songwriter Bruce Vilanch, alongside director Gabriel Barre and Tricia Paoluccio, this musical has even got Dolly’s personal seal of approval! Featuring legendary hits like Jolene, 9 to 5 and the tear-jerking I Will Always Love You, you’re in for a night of singalongs and feel-good vibes. This Australian staging has even been specially adapted for our Aussie audiences by the celebrated writing duo Fiona Harris and Mike McLeish.

And who’s bringing the Queen of Country to life? None other than the show’s co-creator and star Tricia Paoluccio, who has wowed audiences in the role of Dolly stateside and across the pond. Joining Tricia is a stellar all-Australian ensemble, including the talented Dash Kruck (Little Shop of Horrors & Jesus Christ Superstar) as Kevin, Kellie Rode (Come From Away) as Mum and Laura Joy Bunting (Grease The Musical) as Tish. What’s a Dolly Parton show without some incredible tunes? A live band will be bringing those iconic melodies to life.
