Each course of the meticulously curated menu is designed to showcase the distinctive and
exquisite qualities of truffles sourced from the South-West WA region. Indulge in dishes such as 36 yolk chitarra and chocolate truffle panna cotta with hazelnut. You can further enhance the dining experience for $49 per person. Ensuring a curated range of premium wines to perfectly complement each dish chosen by Mattia Sordini, co-owner of Cosy Del’s and wine expert.
Cosy Del’s Truffle Dinner will take place from Thursday August 1st to Saturday August 3rd. Tickets are selling out incredibly quickly at $129 per person, with optional wine pairings for an additional $49 per person.
