Making it an 8 hour road trip from Perth (worthy of its own playlist). Famous for its bright white sands, turquoise-coloured waters, and friendly kangaroos that often visit the shore. Making it perfect for a relaxing holiday and insta-worthy photos.
Things to Do
The perfect place to enjoy the sun, surf, and scenery. You can swim, snorkel, fish, or kayak in the clear ocean, or take a scenic flight over the nearby Lake Hillier, a bubblegum-pink lake that contrasts with the blue sea. If you’re in the mood to explore, check out the rugged coastal area by following the bushwalking trails and hiking tracks that connect Lucky Bay to other beaches and granite outcrops. Along the way, you might spot some wildlife, such as whales, dolphins, sea lions, and birds. Hang out with the famous friendly kangaroos that rome the beaches and snap a picture with them, but be sure to follow the signs warning you against feeding them.
Lucky Bay Brewing
After a full day of soaking in the nature be sure to check out local hotspot Lucky Bay Brewing, which serves up awesome cold beers named after some of the iconic beaches best features. We’re talking about Thistle Cove, Little Wharton, Sandy Hook and more, available to try on their icy cold tasting paddles. They also offer mouth watering woodfired pizzas that pair perfectly with their beers, which can be enjoyed along with live music playing every Friday and Sunday. If you’re in the mood for a behind the scenes look, be sure to book one of their brewery tours to understand the stories behind their beverages.
Camping

You can book a campsite online with 56 sites for tents and small caravans available all with stunning views.
