Migration

Duck Dad Mack is an adventure-loathing duck who does not intend to leave his family pond anytime soon. However, when a family of migrating ducks land in his home, his whole world is flipped upside down. He is convinced by his adventurous wife, Pam, to head South for the winter. The two ducks pack up their two kids Dax and Gwen, along with Mack’s quirky Uncle Dan, to start their big migration. Of course things do not go as planned, but that doesn’t stop them from having the time of their lives and meet some hilarious characters along the way. The film is full of laughter for the kids, with some adult humour thrown in as well.
Wonka

A re-telling of an old classic, comes in the form of the prequel to well loved Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Willy Wonka has dreams of opening a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate and discovers that the industry is run by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers. Full of song, lovable and some not-so-lovable characters, and even some laughs.
Trolls Band Together

The third movie in the popular Trolls franchise, comes as a musical extravaganza. Poppy goes on a journey after discovering that Branch was once part of the boy band ‘BroZone’ with his brothers, Floyd, John Dory, Spruce and Clay. When Floyd is kidnapped, Branch and Poppy embark on a journey to reunite his two other brothers and rescue Floyd.
Art Lovers
If you’re looking for something more on the artsy side, with an appreciation for costuming, well thought out shots by creative directors or even the art style of a particular Japanese movie studio; these picks will be right up your alley.
Poor Things

From filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos and producer Emma Stone comes a fresh re-imaging of Frankenstein, remodeled as a coming-of-age story. A young woman is brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox scientist Dr. Godwin Baxter. Under Baxter’s protection, Bella is eager to learn, hungry for the worldliness she is lacking. This leads to Bella running off with Duncan Wedderburn, a slick and debauched lawyer, on a whirlwind adventure across the continents. Free from the prejudices of her times, Bella grows steadfast in her purpose to stand for equality and liberation.
Saltburn

Saltburn has become infamous on the internet, as one of the most talked about movies recently. A student at Oxford University finds himself drawn into the world of a charming and aristocratic classmate, who invites him to his eccentric family’s sprawling estate for a summer never to be forgotten. Now Oliver will get to see how the upper class live; good, bad and ugly.
The Boy and The Heron

From the legendary Studio Ghibli and director Hayao Miyazaki comes a new fantasy adventure. After losing his mother during the war, the main character Mahito moves to his family’s estate in the countryside. A series of mysterious events lead him to a secluded and ancient tower, home to a mischievous gray heron. When Mahito’s new stepmother disappears, he follows the gray heron into the tower, and enters a fantastic world shared by the living and the dead. As he embarks on an epic journey with the heron as his guide, Mahito must uncover the secrets of this world, and the truth about himself.
