The four hour long lunch begins with a glass of Voyager Estate sparkling before taking your seat and being taken on a sensory journey with a menu designed to showcase the region’s finest seasonal produce. Paired with Voyager’s wines that embody the heart of the vineyard. The experience invites you to enjoy the connection between soil, climate, and craftsmanship, where wine, food, and sustainability come together to create something truly special!

Harvest Table is more than just an indulgent long lunch. It’s an opportunity to gain insight into the winemaking and culinary philosophies that define Voyager Estate. Throughout the afternoon, guests will hear from experts such as Head of Sustainability Michelle McManus. As well as Head Chef Travis Crane, Chief Winemaker Tim Shand and WA Good Food Guide’s Managing Director Tess Gallagher. The panel will guide you through the evolution of sustainable winemaking, the creativity behind each dish and the stories behind the local producers featured on the menu.
