Need last minute plans for this Easter weekend in Perth? Well we’ve got you covered! From indulging in decadent chocolate high teas to joining in free community fun. Perth has a bounty of activities for everyone this Easter. Whether you’re seeking a luxurious indulgence, family-friendly entertainment. Or a relaxing pub lunch, we’ve got you covered! Hop to it and discover the perfect way to celebrate the long weekend!

Haven Lounge Chocolate High Tea

Tantalise your senses, bring Easter joy to you and your guests. Whilst you enjoy a chocolate filled high tea at Haven Lounge and Garden Terrace! Located within one of Perth City‘s five-star hotels: The Westin Perth. With sittings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11am & 2.30pm. You can enjoy unlimited high tea/coffee or even add on a glass of Chandon or Moet & Chandon (additional cost). This seasonal high tea will run until the 28th of April and will see you munching on a chocolate top scone. Decadent triple layer chocolate cake, aged cheddar cheese scone with spanner crab and apple and much much more! Bookings are essential, with prices starting from $72 per person.

Henley Brook Easter Egg Hunt

Swan Valley’s favourite local pub in a paddock; The Henley Brook (aptly nicknamed “The Hen”). Will be opening their doors for Easter Sunday (31st of March) for a day filled with egg-citement and surprises. Their annual Easter egg hunt starts at 12 PM in a designated egg hunt zone. Along with a visit from the Easter bunny and is designed so that all ages can enjoy the festivities! Be sure to grab one of their over twenty craft beers on tap and some top notch pub grub whilst you’re there. Live music will accompany your time at the friendly spot, as well as laser tags for the kids at midday! They’ll be open from 11 AM and do allow walkins. However you can also book yourself a table to ensure you don’t miss out!

Easter Sunday Roast at Double Tree

Don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen this weekend and would rather spend more time celebrating with your loved ones? Check out Easter Sunday Roast (31st of March) at DoubleTree by Hilton in Northbridge! They’re serving up a sumptuous Sunday roast lunch. Complete with kids entertainment & of course a festive ambiance with live music! Enjoy perfectly cooked meats with all the trimmings including yorkshire puddings from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. As well as kids activities such as: a visit from the Easter Bunny and face painting if you’re bringing the little ones along. Bookings are essential and are $44 + bf for an adult, $28 +bf for a child and toddlers eat free!

Hop Into the City on Easter

Perth City is putting on an egg-ceptional celebration of Easter this year, with festivities at Yagan Square and Elizabeth Quay for the whole family to enjoy!

On Easter Saturday (March 30th) join in on the fun at the Perth Cultural Centre at 9:30 AM with free story time sessions. Creative craft activities and receive an Easter trail map to make your way to Yagan Square where the fun continues. Here you can enjoy live music, giant roving flowers, a visit the sparkle bar for face painting or tattoos. An Easter egg hunt, meeting with the Easter bunny and even a free chocolate bilby!

After all the fun at Yagan Square, pop over to Elizabeth Quay to discover the Easter markets. Running on Easter Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 8 PM. Browse through stalls of fashion, macramé, homewares, boutique spirits, beauty, candles, art, and other hidden treasures!  Boasting nearly 50 market stalls! The EQ express train will also be running on Sunday to give you a tour over the bridge and around the Quay for $7 per person!

Sip Sip Sessions at Market Grounds

Another great option for those who want to get out of the kitchen and celebrate this Easter Weekend! Market Grounds in Northbridge is putting on a delicious long lunch with two hours of free-flowing drinks including their epic Olmeca Altos margaritas, yum! The three course feast of delicious grazing plates to share accompanied with bottomless wines, bubbles, tap beers is the perfect way to spend one of your Easter weekend days! Running from 12 PM to 2 PM on Good Friday, for $99pp. Or 11.30 AM to 1.30 PM or 2 PM to 4 PM on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st, for $79pp! Bookings are essential & spots are very limited so don’t miss out!

Pluck a Duck at Outback Splash

Looking for some Easter excitement? From Good Friday to Easter Monday embark on the ultimate Easter adventure with daily duck hunts at Outback Splash in Bullsbrook! Five specially themed ducks will be hidden throughout the park each day. Ready for you and your family to discover. Lucky finders will earn a spin on the prize wheel, where fantastic rewards await. Such as family day passes, splash cash vouchers, exclusive merchandise and sweet treats! Standard admission applies ($52 for adults and $43 for children), with free entry for pass holders!

Easter Weekend at The Basso

Serving up bevvies since 1930, The Bassendean Hotel is a great place to enjoy the Easter long weekend. Open everyday including Good Friday, take advantage of their family friendly courtyards, state-of-the-art sports bar and expansive balcony. They’ll be broadcasting the AFL live & loud in the sports bar all weekend. With Easter egg painting and face painting for the little ones on Saturday 1 PM until 4 PM. There will even be the chance to snuggle with some real life bunnies on Sunday from 12 PM until 3 PM. If you’re worried about missing out on a spot be sure to book a table!

QT Santini’s Chocolate High Tea

Stop hunting for your chocolate and enjoy them with tea instead! All of the decadent delights can be found at Santini inside QT Perth, with their award-winning chefs creating a chocolate high tea to hit every sweet spot imaginable. Experience an array of dishes that will tickle and tantalise your taste buds, such as freshly baked chocolate hot cross buns, a white chocolate tart, chocolate creme cannoli, QT Easter eggs, and some savoury treats as well! Available every Saturday (1 PM to 3 PM) from the 30th March to the 27th April bookings can be made here for $75 per person.
