Calling all donut lovers! Perth is bursting at the seams with incredible spots to satisfy your sweet tooth. From bite-sized Greek loukoumades to Japanese mochi donuts. And even gluten-free and dairy-free options, we’ve got you covered. So ditch the diet and get ready to drool as we delve into Perth’s best donut destinations!

Mimochi

Hungering for a trip to Tokyo to try some sweet treats, but not so keen on the plane ride? Meet Mimochi, opening its doors in 2021 being the first to bring Japanese mochi donuts to the people of Perth. It’s a spot worth revisiting, as they serve up new exciting flavours every month of their uniquely shaped donuts and mini bites. With a store in Vic Park and Morley, it’s a great place to stop by and try something new.

Crumbs Patisserie

Since opening three years ago, Crumbs Patisserie has quickly made its mark in Perth by using traditional recipes and pushing the boundaries to create art that you can eat! This is exemplified by their donut selection. Such as their snickerdoodle, lemon meringue and creme brulee flavours, yum! Check out their store in Apple Cross and little Crumbs in the Wall in Osborne Park.

Donut Worry

Established in 2020, Donut Worry are specialists in bite sized Greek donuts (also known as Loukoumades). These treats have been a staple street eat in Greece since forever. Traditionally served with honey and crushed walnuts, these have been given a modern spin with toppings like biscoff, cookies and cream and even a vegan Range! With 20 flavours to choose from, the choice to create your own combination or even have them served up with premium gelato, you’re spoilt for choice. You can find Donut Worry in East Vic Park and Northbridge.

Mary Street Bakery

You’ve definitely heard this name before and maybe even tried one of their famous sweet treats, but have you had one of their famous donuts? If not it’s about time you checked out one of their five locations around Perth and grabbed a donut from Mary Street Bakery. Their classic cinnamon and filled (salted caramel, jam and passionfruit) donuts have been there since the beginning. They’ve added specially flavours like lemon meringue to their lineup with their baker releasing a new special donut every Monday!

G Free Donuts

Craving a tasty donut that’s free of gluten and/or dairy? Well G Free Donuts will be right up your alley. Cooked fresh to order. You can have your donut topped with salted caramel, nutella, custard, raspberry jam or just good old fashioned cinnamon. You can find these incredibly light and fluffy donuts at markets all over Perth; their whereabouts are updated weekly on social media.

Delicious donuts delivered right to your door?! Count us in! Top Dup Donuts are on a mission to brighten up lives all over Perth, one donut box order at a time! Try one of their weekly special boxes with eight epic flavours to try. Such as blueberry lemon, maple crunch and biscoff crunch. Or even one of their donut hole platters with delicious dipping sources, like salted caramel, nutella or even caramel choc; drool worthy. This Bassendean hotspot is known for their large range of handmade desserts, delicious coffee and of course line out the door on most weekends. Last Crumb Cake Co‘s baked goods selection often offers up a range of speciality topped fluffy donuts. With their selection available to see on their social media.

Mr Meli Donuts

Two greek donut places on one list?! Call us crazy but they’re both too good not to try! Mr Meli makes the rounds all week at several food markets all over Perth. Be sure to check out their social media to track them down. Their Greek donuts are hot and freshly made to order, with a variety of flavours and toppings including vegetarian and vegan options.

Another famous Perth bakery, that regularly has a line down the street in Highgate opposite Hyde Park. This insta famous spot is popular for a reason. Chu Bakery has perfect donuts featured in their impressive lineup of baked goods, making it easy to grab yourself a coffee, donut and maybe even a baguette. Before enjoying it picnic style at the park across the road.
