Two well known Western Aussie brands are coming together for a culinary collaboration. Harvey Beef Reserve and Three Pound Group are joining forces to launch Stables Steakhouse. This dining experience has been created to tantalise taste buds with premium grain-fed, dry aged steak complemented Leeuwin Estate and Hennessy pairings. Available to enjoy at The Stables Bar in the Perth CBD.
The Stables Steakhouse menu will be available all day every Thursday, Friday and Saturday upstairs at Stables Bar. Inviting guests to indulge in the rich, tender flavours of dry-aged beef. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a newcomer eager to explore the world of dry-aged steaks, these dishes will deliver!
With cuts priced by the kilogram, you can choose from Harvey Beef’s bone-in ribeye ($120 per kg), scotch fillet ($130 per kg), sirloin ($110 per kg). Or even the butchers choice cut (market price). Drizzled with a delicious sauce of your choice; peppercorn, mushroom madeira, café de paris butter, choice of mustards or horseradish cream. Grab some sides whilst you’re at it! We recommend trying the crispy roasted potatoes and chargrilled broccolini, delish.

Availability and Opening Times
Stables Bar is open from Monday to Friday from 7 AM until 12 AM, Saturdays from 11 AM until 12 AM and closed on Sundays. The steakhouse menu will be available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, starting from the Friday the 14th of June. Bookings are available for lunch and dinner here.
