Pan Pacific Perth Serving Up Botanical High Tea for Spring!

  • September 8, 2024
Several food and drink dishes from Pan Pacific Perth's newest high tea for Spring

Pan Pacific Perth’s signature High Tea returns to the CBD this spring! Inspired by the delicate and subtle flavours of Australia’s native botanicals. Celebrate with your gal pals and loved ones over a three-tiered elegant menu. Filled with delicate botanical accents to bring your palette closer to nature, delish! Head Pastry Chef Sai Jetty and his team have created a menu filled with delicate and flavourful local botanical influences including lemon myrtle, pepperberry and saltbush dukkah.

Menu

Choose from three different high tea options, including the standard with tea and filtered coffee ($75 per person). Or elevate your experience with the free flowing Australian Sparkling wine high tea ($90 per person)! There’s even a kids menu ($40 per person) if you want to treat them to a new experience.

The menu is intertwined with botanical flavours and influences, including an array of savoury delicacies. Indulge in cucumber and dill cream triple decker finger sandwiches, roast pumpkin, goat cheese tartlet with saltbush dukkah and O’Connor beef sliders with smoked cheddar. As well as an elevated classic, pork and fennel sausage rolls with spiced bush tomato chutney. Delight in the high tea favourite, blueberry scone with raspberry jam and cream. Finishing with sweet treats, including a coconut mousse lamington with botanical lemon myrtle curd. Native pepperberry featuring almond sponge layered with pistachio mousse and hints of cherry. As well as our favourites the banoffee tart with rich salted caramel and chocolate, and the pink veil of strawberry cheesecake. Oh and did we mention they look almost as good as taste?! Perfect for snapping a few pics, whilst you enjoy your high tea.
